This was not the case and still needed to be requested every day or it did not get done. The worst thing was the lumpy pillows, after two nights of waking up with neck ache we went to Macy’s and purchased some! Housekeeping was hit and miss, At the start of our stay it was request only, even then the room hadn’t been done by 4pm, on the 1st June the website changed to say unless you had a do not disturb sign then housekeeping was back to daily. Air con wasn’t great if you like it cool, the bedroom area doesn’t have separate air con so it relies on drifting through which was adequate. The shower room was particularly poor, water pressure was dismal, there is absolutely no storage for anything, not even room for the toilet paper holder to be fixed to a wall. The suite itself was a reasonable size, it appeared to have had some refurbishment done recently, but the quality of the finish was not great. The hotel is next to a large cannabis shop which attracts a large number of undesirables, there were lots of homeless and drugged up men in the surrounding streets, I did not feel safe walking around the area after dark. Positives are the staff were all lovely! The hotel is only 10 mins from the airport, however it is an area of Boston that we found to be run down and seedy.
